The Royal Thai Embassy in Rome (Reale Ambasciata di Thailandia) is Thailand's diplomatic mission to Italy, located on Via Nomentana. Visa Services
Italian citizens can enter Thailand visa-free for 60 days. The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is mandatory since May 2025. All visa applications must be submitted exclusively online via thaievisa.go.th — passport submission at the embassy is not required. Processing takes up to 14 working days (longer during high season). Apply minimum 15 days before intended arrival but no more than 90 days in advance. Application fees are non-refundable in all cases. The embassy cannot edit personal details after submission.
