Overview
Guatemala's embassy in Tegucigalpa manages bilateral relations with Honduras, a fellow CA-4 country sharing free movement rights, deep economic ties, and coordinated positions within the Central American Integration System. The two nations share a 256-kilometer border with significant cross-border trade, family connections, and labor migration. Honduras and Guatemala cooperate on customs union implementation, security coordination, and disaster preparedness in a region vulnerable to hurricanes and tropical storms.
