Overview

The Embassy of the Republic of Mozambique in Rome represents Mozambican interests in Italy, a country with growing bilateral ties. The embassy's consular section shares the same address and handles visa applications for Italian citizens travelling to Mozambique for tourism (Indian Ocean diving, Bazaruto and Quirimbas archipelagos, Tofo Beach whale sharks, Gorongosa National Park, UNESCO-listed Ilha de Moçambique), business in energy, mining, and agriculture sectors, and academic exchange.
